  • Q How are product quality issues handled?

    A We offer an extended 24-month warranty. If the product fails to meet performance standards such as impact resistance and deformation resistance, we will provide unconditional free return and replacement and cover all shipping costs, ensuring zero loss for the customer. 

  •  Q Is it possible to modify custom designs during the process?

     A- Design details can be adjusted during the sample confirmation stage, including embroidery style, 3D effects, color schemes, and minor size adjustments. Customers can request unlimited revisions until satisfied.  During mass production, only uniform adjustments to batch parameters are allowed.

  • Q How is the delivery time guaranteed for urgent orders?

      A  -  Urgent orders can be processed through an accelerated process. Sample production time is reduced to 3 working days, and the on-time delivery rate for bulk orders remains above 98%. Production progress is synchronized in real-time to the customer's system.

  • Q How are product damages during transportation resolved?

    A-  All orders use shock-resistant packaging and are covered by full insurance during transportation. In case of transportation damage, we will resend new products within 48 hours and bear all losses, while simultaneously pursuing liability from the logistics provider.

  • Q  How to choose the most suitable brim materialand shape?

    A  -Our R&D team will recommend standard baseball cap brims, flat brims, etc., based on the application scenario (e.g., fashion brands/professional sports), and match ABS or polypropylene materials based on weather resistance and lightweight requirements, providing professional selection advice.
